Remote Training is for those who have the drive to do it on their own, but just need to know what to do based on their goals. I custom build remote training programs around athletic, weight-loss, rehabilitation and general wellness goals. We'll start with a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), objective assessment and overhead squat test - then we'll build a program to suit your schedule.
